To produce such sweets, it is necessary to use forming machine with the shutter option, which enables the formation of round cookies with filling inside. In most cases, these cookies are stamped which allows to achieve different patterns on the top of the product.

For bigger capacities (500 – 1000 kg/h) we propose to use industrial type machines (forming lines) that work directly with tunnel ovens.
