Pralines are delicious chocolates with filling inside. The praline shell is made of real chocolate subjected to a tempering process. Pralines can be produced manually or automatically. The feature of praline machines is the possibility of forming chocolates and stuffing them in the same time, the so-called "One shot" technology, thanks to which high yields are obtained.
