An annual tradition of NHL has been conferences organized collectively for suppliers and potential NHL clients. This time, it was on days 13-18 in Turkey. Customers include bakers, confectioners and companies that provide equipment. There were presentations, disputes on professional topics, but also smiles and an initial analysis of the needs and offers of producers, first offers and price negotiations.
